The Argentinean company, Boldt, is planning to install a complex that would include a Hotel and a Casino, in the city of Necochea, which is 500 kilometers from Buenos Aires. Company officials are negotiating the purchase of a 3,000-square-meter parcel, which is occupied by a 3-star hotel.
The required investment for the construction of the new 4-star hotel, that will have 50 rooms, and the new casino, that will have 18 roulette tables and 300 slot machines, will be about 14,5 Argentinean pesos (almost 5 million dollars).
The main structure will cost 2.6 million dollars, and the equipment 2.1 millions. The gambling and vacation center will also include a restaurant, a swimming pool, a gym, a spa and a conference room. It will also have a 1,400-square-meter parking lot. Inside this complex there will be two totally independent gambling rooms.
The company has already requested a permit to the Institute of Lotteries and Casinos of the Buenos Aires Province, but it will take some time for the plan to be accomplished.
